Kwan Im and cultural presence on Mount Kawi


Kwan Im Statue located at Mount Kawi made of brass with 8-meter high statue. The statue was in place the building in the south of Mount Kawi hermitage. According to Scripture Tek Kwan Im Too compiled by Chiang Cuen, Dewi Kwan Im born in the days of the Kingdom Ciu / Cian Kok in 403-221 BC associated with the legend of Princess Miao Shan, daughter of King Miao Chuang / Biao Cong / Biao Cuang Affairs Authority Xing Lin (Lim Hin), approximately at the end of the Zhou Dynasty in the third century BC.
